To face present trends and requirements during realization of industrial investments our company offers production - storage spaces in new build halls. The halls will are constructed within Walbrzych Special Economic Zone "INVEST-PARK" in Walbrzych and Swidnica as well as on a site in Dzierzoniow located next to special economic zone area (in case of the site in Dzierzoniow we started procedures in order to include it in the borders of the special economic zone). The location gives a possibility, based on valid permit, to benefit from income tax exemptions offered by the special economic zone (in accordance with legal provisions in force).

In addition we have available green field sites in Dzierzoniow and Nowa Ruda which have access to technical utilities necessary for industrial plant or storage hall funcioning.
