The name of the company reflects its offer which supplements and expands scope of activity conducted by the WSEZ „INVEST-PARK” Sp. z o.o. From the beginning IPD's activities are focused on two areas. The first one is bound with realization of investment projects aiming at creation and making available production, storage and office spaces. The offer is directed to all entrepreneurs interested to start their investments in our region. In a framework of second activity area our company undertakes investments connected with development of multifamily apartment buildings and with creation of suitable conditions for construction of single family houses through preparation of sites by providing utilities. We hope that by providing proper living conditions and attractive job offers people will be more eager to come and settle in our region. Besides above mentioned two main activity areas IPD takes care of assets contributed by the WSEZ "INVEST-PARK" sp. z o.o, which includes industrial halls located in Walbrzych and Swiebodzice and office-hostel building in Zarow. Presently the company's main activities are focused on three locations: Walbrzych, Swidnica and Dzierzoniow.
